I have slept like a rock the last 3 years, I am not 100% lfrv yet but I am moving in that direction. I do not eat meat or dairy, i do not drink alcohol, and I rarely drink caffeine. Started into healthy living and decided to stop whining about what didnt work and figure out what DOES work. I reconstructed my body but did not like the high protein diet the bodybuilding community pushes. I found raw diet and juicing a bit over a year ago and it has redefined me. I love it and the lifestyle.
