Hi guys, what do you think about Dr. Twight Lundell and his views on heart disease? He says that cholesterol in our diet is not a problem, but instead heard disease happens because of an inflammation in our arteries? Smells like BS, but i would just like to know why his has come to this conclusion, is anybody here more familiar with his claims?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JV1TTuYerMk&feature=related…See More

I have never experienced that before, but now little fruit flies are biting me all the time! They are so little but they bite quite hard. Do they think i am a fruit or what? :D

This is my 4th day of 100% raw 811. I have done 30 days before but fell off the vagon after i tought that a slice of bread wont hurt me: "I will just eat this slice of bread and then be back on 100% raw". WRONG! :D So i pretty much binged last 2 months on junk...but im back now. I still feel a bit shaky doing this but i really really WANT to succeed. It dosen´t even matter if i fell off the path 100 or 1000 times, i will come crawling back and try again. Never give up!

Hi Elisa
There is a couple of LFRV's in the cairns area but both of them are overseas at the moment. Head to rusty's markets today or tomorrow and meet up with the coconut boys, Alex and Christian, tell them i sent you ;) They are not completely 811 yet but are very interested in raw foods and are going to be opening a raw food restaurant in Cairns in a few months.
If you get up to the tablelands, in particular Mareeba, there is a fruitarian couple up there. There is also Fruitopia up there however it's not been run very well so it's not very inviting for LFRV's.
Be sure to check out Mossman and the beautiful scenery there!!
Have a great time in the tropics! I wish I was still there with you :-)

Tsauu! See kuidagi sobib mulle!

Muidugi pildid sellest, kuidas teil seal austraalias on mingid mega küpsed mangod ja igasugu muud eksootilised viljad, teevad ikka kadedaks küll.
