Ok so I have my first wedding to attend as a vegan! She has not even sent out the invites and its only 2 months away so I highly doubt there will be a vegan option. It is for a family friend so I…Continue

I grew up very active, spending most of my time doing competitive gymnastics. It was not until late high school/early college, when I quit competitive gymnastics, that I started to notice weight control problems... along with many other negative, gut wrenching, negatives :-/ I hated it, but I loved and was addicted to food so badly that I really didn't do anything to change it. Then, I graduated from Ohio State with a BS Human Nutrition degree, and I was over weight! ((embarrassing)). I knew I needed to change. I went through many years of experimentation by eliminating different foods. I was eating dairy free for 2 years, gluten free for a year, then completely sugar free(not even a carrot!) for 4 months, until a magically I stumbled upon 80/10/10 about a week ago:) It feels so silly looking back now the high fat, oil saturated, meat filled diet I was a slave to for the prior 4 months to starting LFRV. All i could think about was muffins, donuts, cookies, etc. I had ZERO energy and was not losing weight or gaining muscle! Stumbling upon this diet has already tremendously changed my life...and its only been a week <3

Hello fruit bats!

I have been following this lifestyle for 1 yr 3 months and am still struggling with some issues.

A little background:

*I tried the paleo diet for 6 months prior to finding this lifestyle, in hopes to cure candida. I also come from a calorie restrictive background, no eating disorders, but the typical "want to be slim" girl diet Haha

*went in full steam and was 100% raw 801010 perfectly for the first 3 months...and didn't experience weight… Continue

Hello! Thanks for adding me as a friend. It makes me happy to know you saw my video and I got you thinking. It's great to hear that you already have a BS in Nutrition. I guess to be a health coach you really need to be able to help people with their nutrition, fitness, psychology and lifestyle. Soon I will be a qualified Nutritionist, personal trainer, counsellor. The lifestyle part comes from experience and a combination of knowledge. I also learnt a lot from studying functional medicine which involves a lot of hormonal monitoring and testing. Potentially you could simple market yourself as a health coach if you already have a lot of personal experience with fitness etc but its worth while doing some extra study. Good luck! You have the potential to help thousands and thousands of people! Just do it :) are you on youtube already? Jay
