My husband and I have decided to do Ted Carr's 100 Squats a Day 30-Day Challenge, and we started today! sannabanna said… thanks for accepting my friend request :) i figure that you might be able to give me some advice since youre mammalicious yourself. see, i have a close friend of mine who's 4months pregnant, and she's considering starting 811 lifestyle. do you think its doable to convert to this lifestyle while pregnant? she eats very healthfully seen with conventional eyes, but meats, dairy products and breads are all a part of her staples.
gratefully, sanna
