"Straight up water only for me, I'm with Jacob on this one. Not to say the mint combination would be bad by any means, if you enjoy it go for it. Just be sure to get a lot of plain clean water as well :)"

Just wanted to know more about the different types of organic sugar I can use other than Coconut Palm Sugar in my smoothies and recipes. I am reluctant to use different types in case I am doing harm to my RT4 lifestyle.

Welcome to 30BaD! :)  Any organic sugar is good and vegan and if you get less processed sugar, (darker), the more minerals you add to your diet.
