I make things happen. I hava a vitality, joyful, authentic personality. Adore being a sensual woman and mother of three. Passionate for life and do everything with intensity. Thrilled when ignorance on nutrition, medicine as administration of drugs and religions will be abolished.
I'm writing on the first really warm day of 2009 with a white, beautiful view from my house of the St. Lawrence river. I was made in Mexico (:)) and chose Montreal, Canada to raise my kids.
I love living here because we learn from different cultures, origins, religions, languages and, if you are open to them (we literally knock at our friend's doors to introduce ourselves, ha, ha!), they open their hearts and homes to totally welcome you.
Italians, Indians, French, Greeks, Egyptians, Latins, Australians and Palestinians are now our family and that is precious!! This has given me the opportunity to take African, Salsa, Arabic (belly dancing), Ballet and Erotic dance classes.
The moment my kids were born, I promised to show them the rules of the game of this planet as I understand them; respecting them even if they don't share my reality. We were vegetarians for two years before I attended Dr. Doug's 2006 H&F week and immediately adapted 80/10/10.
To date, my kids realise the benefits of a raw, low fat diet in their wellness, and understand, as well, the reality of the shameful interests of the junk food and pharmaceutical industries.
Here in Montreal, we are immersed in a very active social life. Nevertheless, this path of common sense is the alternative that they chose by themselves which makes me feel immensely proud of them. Even if we compromise when we socialize; that's very ok with me at this stage of my life. I’d much rather have them be 80% vegan by choice than be 100% vegan by imposition. I enjoy being the cause rather than be the effect in my life.
I LOVE BEING PART OF THIS GROUP!!

My kids, 13, 11 and 9 years old loved this salad: rasberries, oranges and pears on greens. Yummy
If your interested give me your email, I can send you the organic food list, somethings are cheap and good. Actually i won't get the organic mangoes anymore they were so bad, at the fruit store they are much better.
I still have the asian pear tree to plant, will try tonight. I will be going back for blueberries and gogi bushes. Hopefully I will be able to share some of this fruit with you and your family :)
To bad Lupita, I will definately keep you updated. The mangoes are good from the little fruit store for abit I was getting organic from gaetan bonno but they have been so bad lately. I wonder if some things organic are not as good if they have to pick them to early. for a couple of weeks getting the organic mangoes they would go bad before ripening.
Hey here is a great organic farm that sells fruit trees and bushes. I just planted a persimmons tree, going to plant another one you need 2. I am also planting 2 kiwi vines, 2 grape vines, and eldeberry tree and an asian pear tree, these all produce a lot of fruit. Getting some Goji bushes and probably some organic seeds. It is a great farm they were the first one in montreeal 30 years ago selling organic.
