I just bought 100kg of bananas for 100 Shekels (27 Us Dollars)!
A guy on my cycling team grows bananas and it was a deal too good to pass up.
7 boxes full! they are still not ripe so will have to stand outside for a bit.
When they ripen I reckon i can finish two boxes or more in a week, depending on how long they will keep for maybe another crate for the week after. The rest will have to go in the freezer.

Im on my 10th day of 100% 80 10 10. It has been quite easy for me, i didnt have to detox from alcohol, coffee, or wheat because i didnt used to have those things before.
i did used to eat quite a lot of chocolate and used to find it hard not to eat at least a couple of hundred calories from it a day. These 10 days i have not had one single craving for chocolate or anything.
Ive hardly suffered at all, only been sometimes feeling a bit tired and a bit light…

Wow! i cant believe it!
Its the morning of day 6 of 80 10 10. I took a week off from all training because of back pain. I had already cut down from 15 hours a week to 8. Anyway I went raw 5 days ago and have had a great week. Sometimes i had a dizzy spell or sudden energy drop mainly in the early evenings, but they would only last half an hour or so. I have got better at eating higher numbers of fruit in one go, though to get down 10 bananas, i have found blending them…
