2 months-ish on this lifestyle. I began reading in earnest and my shopping/eating habits began adjusting since the beginning of 2012, but I'm counting from the day my first 10kg of dates arrived :)

Something have I have learned;
Lack of sleep leads me to poor food choices the following day. The effect seems to snowball even though I make good food choices for every other meal except breakfast. Physical activity goes down, mood plummets :(
This happens in a cycle of good habits for a few weeks, followed by bad habits for a few weeks until I get a surge of determination again.
