Ok, So since i embarqed on this journey, Oranges, tangerines, clementines havent really been in abundance. I know it isnt quite in season yet, but i just ate a bag of clementines, and could sure go for more. Being new, this may be a dumb questions, but can you go on Clementines Island? Well Today is my first ever water fast. It is currently 2 pm and im doing ok, starting to get intense cravings though. Just keep sucking down my water! Is there a Best food to consume if you end up failing at this??

Ok. So basically the last month or so has been up and down, with me always reverting back to SAD foods.

Today is day three of being 100% 80/10/10.

There was a Surprise birthday lunch today for a coworker. I gladly munched away on my watermelon.

and I am so proud of myself, because I PASSED on the best cheesecake and was ok with watching everyone else eating it.

I used to do most of my shopping at whole foods but now I look for the best deals no matter where they are. Kroger has cheap organic bananas. And I will try to barter for "overripe" fruit at some places. I haven't checked out many farmers markets yet, but sometimes there are good deals at the flea market.basically you want to have a good supply of fruit at all times. Melons are going to be big this summer and are one of my favorites. Mangoes are up there too when I find good ones. How is your transition going thus far?
