"Lukas, actually I had sent you a friend´s request some times ago and wanted to ask you questions about this subject because I saw you were offering retreats I think. I also like being close to a city. I like the people, the services, etc...
"You are describing the dream I would like to live in about 2 years! (I can´t right now).
For me, an Internet connection would be important and not too far away from a medium-big city. I take note of your email."

I hope to improve my health through this lifestyle, because I have been suffering from chronic fatigue and bad digestive issues for many years. I have tried many different diets with no success. I want to connect with other people as well, and even create true friendships! Nobody is into raw food among my friends and family, so...
Also, I am very much into spirituality. That plays a big role in my life! Meditation is something I want to practice more.

Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?
I would appreciate to have my questions answered by other members and to have support. I think I need to try the mono fruit diet, and I feel I need support, alone, not easy.

<p>Hi Loane, sorry I haven't replied to your last email, I know it's been a long time, things keep coming up or I get distracted with immediate problems, my life seems overly complicated at the moment but I am writing it, sorry again, really didn't mean to leave it so long, hope you are well. x
Hi again. I can't say I'm attached to cooked food because it makes me awful, but for me the chronic fatigue started last year September. One day I was fine the next I couldn't move of bed. I used to be around 105 pounds I'm now 93 ish which is better than the 87 I was before starting the diet. I got off gluten which helped, but this 811 diet has helped way more. At first It was difficult for me to start because I lived with my grandmother and she cooked really good food. I'm talking cakes homemade from scratch and porkchops to die for, But I couldn't help but notice that my chronic fatigue would get worse every time I would eat her food. So I decided to hell with this and I went out and bought my very first case of bananas. Then shortly after found out that I was allergic to bananas and replace them with oranges lol. Anyways even if you incorporate at least thousand calories a day of fruit into your diet I promise that you'll even feel a little bit better. For me the detox was absolutely terrible but I got through it took at least three weeks to feel okay enough the get out of bed and prepare a raw meal. I sometimes feel like I'm going backwards back into the chronic fatigue days, But there are also days where i can go out on town with my boyfriend for at least two hours this I really enjoy and cherish a lot. Anyways enough of me blabbing I hope you get started in this, cheers. Message me anytime :)
Hi loane yes I'm 80-95% 811. It has been good so far still get tired but I have good and bad days. Around my menstrual cycle I'm out for 3 or 4 days. I do have more energy that I used too, but now that I do have more energy I'm easily frustrated when I get tired right after a grocery store trip. I take b12 and am doing exactly what durianrider recommends its just for whatever reason I'm taking a while to feel boundless energy. Oh well as long as I move forward why switch back right? :) anyways cheers I hope u start on ur journey soon
