Possibly except that I have blood sugar issues so right now I am more low glycemic raw vegan. I was asked to be part of the guerrila animal group so that is why I would like to join.
Have you read "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham? If not, when do you plan to read it? Acquiring this book is vital if you plan to succeed on this lifestyle.
I have watched a lot of videos of Doug and Dr and have to say it makes a lot of sense. 811 is actually easy if you have already been strict low fat- low glycemic raw for a while.

I am moving to Cardiff-by-the-Sea in San Diego on thursday after my sister and I visit my oldest sister in Lake Elsinor, CA. Taking our nephews to the beach and the next day seeing my oldest nephew off to his first day of high school. I will post my most recent pictures from my summer travels.
