Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I'm a 21 year old girl from Estonia. I have been having problems with my healt since i was 16 - respiratory diseases, cough, runny nose. non stop. My dream is to be on stage one day, singing, acting. And the healt things...just makes it more and more difficult. I have been to many doctors. They have treated multible "diseases" that they think are causing these problems. Nothing helped. So finally i turned to an alternative healt clinic and they put me on a strickt diet. It helped a bit, but not enought. Allthough i notice that a few months ago my health got a bit more better. I did not understand why. Now a few weeks ago I accidentally happened to read a blog about raw vegan lifestyle. And from then on i just spent days looking for different information about raw vegan eating and health. It all makes sense now! The period few months ago when i had a bit better healt, was the period that i had a lot of raw food! I got my hope back! So i have started LFRV diet now, but as there are not much raw vegans in estonia, it is really hard to do it all by myself. Can't ask advice from anyone. I feel like my life has turned a new page! Just need some peole that on the same page with me :) Nothing has given me so much hope and joy in a long time than all these stories and videos about this lifestyle. I think that this is just the thing i've been looking for.

The fear of not getting everything i need from the food. During the few weeks i have had a lot on questions and doubts and I have had no-one to turn to.
Also winter is coming here is estonia. Cold cold cold winter. I belive that there are many LFRV's who are living in similar weather than I am. How to survive? ...and so on :)
