Have you seen Forks Over Knives featuring both Docs E and Campbell yet? Not as much pure science as Dr E's lecture, but it serves as a great intro to the potential of a plant based lifestyle.

I have a favorite salad I have been eating for years that I'd like to convert to lfrv.
