Thanks Lia.  So what do you eat when not raw and does it mess with you at all?  I've not been Vegan long but for some reason I feel a pull to be raw already.  Its great to read how other people got started and what they eat and how much, crikey, sounds loads lol

for salt cravings:
first, get it out of your house :)
and then, had loads of greens that you like. Maybe it's celery, maybe spinach, or maybe some variety of lettuce, bok choy, chard, or a lil kale.

And cantaloupes, crenshaw, galia melons and tomatoes are "high" in natural sodium.

If you're craving salt and have been away from it for awhile, what I like to do is consider that my "greens meter" and it's registering low! And in the beginning, you just gotta push through it for a few weeks.
