And cantaloupes, crenshaw, galia melons and tomatoes are "high" in natural sodium.

If you're craving salt and have been away from it for awhile, what I like to do is consider that my "greens meter" and it's registering low! And in the beginning, you just gotta push through it for a few weeks.
