Why I refuse to eat chocolate and drink coffee & tea.

I was grown up on tea and coffee,absolutely was a caffeine addict.

I also adored chocolate quite a bit too.

Well,one day I was drinking tea on an empty stomach and I got terribly sick.

It was a continuous thing with tea,drink it on an empty stomach and vomit.

Apparently this is because there is quite a large amount of fluoride concentration in tea leaves. The plant is extremely absorbent so it sucks up the fluoride in the water making it so concentrated. I also…

I've been vegetarian for two and a half years and vegan for oneish. Off and on raw for six months, but getting closer to 100% all the time.

I slip up when it comes to bread, but have been really good about it lately. I tend to not eat enough and be really craving cooked by dinner, so I've been having some low fat cooked vegan which is tons better than my previous slip ups. :)
