I religiously follow Harley and Freelee on facebook and youtube. I love what they preach. I love that they practice what they preach. The bottom line is that I'm tired of feeling like s***. I LOVE mangoes and bananas and dates so LFRV is very fitting. Every now and again I jump onto the 30BAD site just for a quick* look. I like it here. A guy has put up a post about how long it'll take you to do 10,000 pushups. I am totally starting that challenge today. I thought I'd also sign up today.
