I need help . I've never done this before- I am nervous trying to eat all this and be bloated or worse gain weight I'm trying scoop hard to have such a clean diet but I don't know where or how to start. There are so many confusing stories on the web- I'm just looking for help.

Hi Laura! Welcome to this site! Raw fruits and vegetables will not make you fat unless you go overboard on the avocados or nuts and seeds. If you eat a bunch of variety of fruits and veggies you will be a perfect weight!
