Hi guys, I have been looking into the raw lifestyle for a number of years but as yet have not gone beyond my record of 50 days raw. I was hoping to feel energetic and alive and great as so many people describe, instead of my usual lethargy, but I didn't. I just discovered your site in the last few weeks and I think I simply wasn't getting enough calouries - 2500. I was eating great food: fruit for breakfast, green smoothie for lunch, big salade for dinner, nuts/seeds for snacks (i see now I also must have been eating over 10% fat), but obviously I wasn't eating enought calouries, because I certainly wasn't eating till I was full.
I am now on day 7 of LFRV, and making sure I eat 2500 calouries, and am definitely feeling good so far.
I have passed the killer headaches - yay! - and log my food into cronometer everyday. BTW thanks for this website, I was using calorieking but I like cronometer much better.

I have questions about day to day living on LFRV.
Like: Will I be forever going to the toilet (no.2) as I am now? I have gone from once maybe twice a day to 5/6 times a day!
And it's so nice to know that there are others out there :-) I am the only one in my household eating this way, and pretty much the only one in my local area.
