"A carved watermelon cake sounds perfect. I've also always liked the idea of personal cupcakes at a wedding instead of one big cake, so I'd love to give each guest a delicious fruit with a sweet quote or hearts carved/peeled into its skin."

"I'm moving to Calgary in the near future. I'm curious about where you buy your fruit. Do you know a wholesale distributor? Is there much of a HCRV community there? Maybe we could be fruit buddies."

I'm an active athletic girl who has come to a point where I'm finished with bad food and I'm not sure where to turn. My body doesn't need it. My brain doesn't need it. I'm over not having enough energy for athletics, feeling guilty about making bad food choices, waking up with an upset stomach, and not performing to my full potential.
I'm intrigued and curious about the HCRV diet.

I want to know about the experiences of other people. The best foods to eat when. Quantities and qualities and costs.
I would love support and feedback (if I commit to the diet) from other people on the same journey.

Going Bananas

Posted on July 18, 2012 at 3:45am 4 Comments

I went to the supermarket with two friends this morning and one of them told me that she was embarrassed by the amount of bananas I bought.

I think buying that many bananas makes me some kind of supermarket super hero. I'm proud. I love filling my shopping cart with beautiful produce.

I stocked up on mangoes, dates, and a few melons and berries too.
