We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I need community and support to keep going. I have only 2 friends who eat 811rv, and I do not see them regularly. I also want to increase my activity level. I need motivation to become highly athletic! My current level is mild to moderate---brisk walking for 30 minutes a few times a week, along with mild strength training for 15 minutes every other day, and stretching for 15 minutes two times a day.

30bad is a HCRV (high carb, raw vegan) internet community which promotes a high carb raw lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to HCRV. Tough times sticking to LFRV...possibly due to sedentary lifestyle after an injury

Brief history: I have been attempting to do 100% LFRV since mid January 2012 (I had been on and off LFRV for 3-4 yrs prior). Since this past January, the longest I have stayed 100% is about 25 days...and that was a while ago!I have had a real tough time sticking with LFRV in the past 40 days or so. Lots of cheats, including the worst--dairy and meat. I think some of it is emotional. I have a friend who is a nurse practitioner and she is the only medical professional in her small town so she acts as the local Doc for everyone and she loves it and is very wholistic.

We have a local M.D. who became one just to heal her son and she finally found raw foods and healed him with that. She prescribes raw foods for all her patients, although she is not 811, she is pretty close.
