What brought me to this site is the interest and the URGE of becoming a HCRV! I have been on a raw vegan diet for almost 8 months (70 to 100% raw, depending on periods), but still I realised that something in my diet is not correct, and that would be the huge amount of fats that I used to eat from nuts, seeds,avocados and other oils. So I started to read more on the internet about the fruitarian diet and everything started to make sense!

I am trying to switch for a raw vegan diet, based mostly on fats (nuts, seed, oils) to a diet based on fruits and veggies. I would like to know how to do that because I feel I am kinda addicted to nuts and I could eat them all day long...

At any rate, yours is a much more extensive case than mine. With severe issues like yours, I'd recommend immediate professional care.
For the long term, I'd be sure to eat a lot of mild greens. Doug Graham advises 2 - 6% veggies, mostly greens, to ensure enough mineral intake. Latest studies indicate that vegans can have good bone mineral density as long as they get enough dietary calcium. Since we don't have a high calcium source like dairy, we must eat copiously from mild greens (romaine, greenleaf, iceberg, baby spinach and celery and other baby greens) citrus is also a nice source, and in a limited way, sesame seeds, since the fat content in seeds is prohibitive. If you find it hard to eat two or more heads of fresh lettuce a day, it is very easy to dehydrate large amounts of lettuce at a low temperature (90 or a hundred degrees F, keeping it raw) and then crush it into flakes to be combined with tomatoes and other juicy salads. Of course, supplementing with calcium citrate is a safety net you can resort to as well. Whatever your calcium sources, be sure as well to consume enough vitamin D, 2 - 4 thousand IUs per day, perhaps supplementing when your regular sun exposure isn't high - keep the sun off your face if you don't want a lot of wrinkles there later in life - and do regular weight-bearing exercise to encourage calcium uptake.
Again, get a professional opinion on your dental condition as it stands and proceed from there.
