So, It's been up, it's been down, I've been good, and I've been bad, (make that 30Bad - baby!) Whooohoo - was I jet lagged! But I finally feel like I'm coming out of it and getting over it. I just started into a raw vegan lifestyle for about a month now and am loving it. Freelee's video about bulimia really spoke to me. I've been battling bulimia and so far i've found that the raw vegan lifestyle has really helped me - especially when i eat HCRV. Anyway, I'm headed home to California for a month, where i'm from, and can't wait for all the fresh fruits and veggies waiting for me there :D. Hoping too that my parents don't freak out, but they are pretty mellow hippie-types, so it should be ok.

fighting a cold...

so today I am fighting a cold, tried to sing this morning and well, i sound more like a frog than an opera singer - good thing I'm technically still on vacation :D.

So I've got that low energy that seems to come with a cold - and sneezing and etc... drank 24oz of fresh squeezed oj and ate somekind of yummy melon for lunch. my stomach looked like i was pregnant after that meal LMAO. Ok, kinda feel off the HCRV wagon - wnet on a road trip with my old bff and we had soooo much fun.
