We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Hi there, I have been interested in healthy food for a long time now and have been a vegetarian for over a year. I have had a hard time with my body image and putting on weight, until I found this diet. Not to mention how sick I was getting. I couldn't even go out one night with my friends without being sick for a week afterwards. Although I am young and have only been doing it for a short time I am feel amazing on it already. Waking up with more energy and not having to think about food constantly because I can always eat whenever I'm hungry :)
