Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I became a raw foodist in the summer of 2008 but like most of the peeps who go raw i ended up listening to the high fat stimulant breatharian fruit phobic crowd which for my did not end well. I was eating a lot of fat, in the form of nuts and seeds,nut/seed butters, chocolate and stuff, and because i am working in a very physical job, i was eating a lot to meet my caloric needs. I experienced heavy chronic fatigue to the point i could not keep my eyes open, especially after work, i started to question this whole raw thing. I then did a live blood analasys and was shocked to see how bad my blood looked, though i had been raw for little over 2 years. At the time i was receiving e-mails from "the raw mom summit" that was going on at the time. I got mail from them one day and there was DR's top 10 mistakes raw foodies make and something just clicked with me and i started looking into the LFRV/811 camp.I transitioned as quick as i could, got the cron-o-meter and slowly and surely my health, fitness and general happiness has improved dramaticly and can't wait how far i can go when in a better climate and with better produce. I am a student of a Naturopathic school here in Iceland but am having serious doubt about my studies since coming to know natural hygiene. I have now been on 811rv since november 2010, about 4 months.
Thank you Durianrider from the bottom of my heart, you might have saved my life, but you definitely saved my health. Keep doing what you are doing and speak your truth because it matters!! believe me, i know.

It is different from Woodstock in a way that this festival about going to local organic farms and eating fresh, ripe fruits right from the trees. It is going to be such enjoy.
