Hi my name is Mary, I'm 25 yrs old, of course like many women my age, I've been obsessed with weight loss, I'm chubby (5"3, 150 pounds) and have always been that way since I can remember. Recently i realized that what I'm really looking for is health, I want to be active and in shape, I'm tired of those fad diets that make you lose muscle mass and are in fact making you fatter. To be quite honest I'm far from being the person I really to be, so i feel it's time for me to make a U turn and take the 811 path for a better me. Thanks for reading me :))

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
I'm into spiritual books, my favorite author is Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov. As for movies my favorites are: UP, 8 below,etc there's just too many to list.

I think all i need is motivation and being part of a community of LFRV foodists, I certainly need to learn from others and share experiences. I'm sure I'll go through changes and it would be great to have support during this process.
ps: I must say that Freelee became a role model to me! She looks amazing and is simply glowing, what an inspiration!
