hi! i have had an eating disorder since i was 15 years old. i always bounce from 120lbs to 108lbs by eating and restricting. i am tired of it! i love fresh fruits and veggies and i would love to treat my body right by eating raw. i also love green smoothies. i need to do more research and get more support from those who already live the raw lifestyle.
