It's been a while since I posted anything new. I'm still doing great. I have a couple of things that I wanted to share. Number one, many of you that have read my blogs know about my 11 year old with Cystic Fibrosis who went vegan (mostly raw) against her doctors wishes. Well, she has not been sick one time in a long while! This is great because last year she missed half of the school year sick. I was eating around 1500 calories a day, now I am able to hold 2000. Not there yet, but getting there. I can honestly say I have not craved cooked foods at all. There are…

So, this is my first complete week of being 100% HCRV, and I have to say, that I've done pretty well. I haven't had any cravings for cooked food, but I have had cravings for something other than sweet fruit. So, instead of fruit, I ate vegetables. Fortunately this worked. I've been using cronometer, and wow, you have to eat ALOT! This is where I am having my problems. The most calories I have gotten in any given day is 1700, followed by 1500, and then on other days, averaging 1200. I…
