Got motivated to get healthy in Oct 2011, did well, watched calories, ate relatively healthy, lost 10kg, felt great, new attitude. Connected with Jodi a few weeks ago, she sent me links to resources such as this :) WOW! Always had aversion to meat and milk, bland eater in general, finding HC VEGAN smooth transition, feeling FANTASTIC, doing my best to be organic, struggling to get my calories up, still eating cooked veg but that's okay for now, very enthusiastic. Not much knowledge to share at this stage but eager to learn.

At this stage, I need to increase calories, I have bland palate, right now loving bananas, five for breakfast each morning, wondering how many bananas is too many bananas for a start. Have reading still to do, learning all the time, interested to hear what others have to say. Vegan no problem, mostly organic too, I do spend days raw but not all, have steamed veg a few times a week for dinner, maybe will get there when I get my calories up, broaden my taste :) ...

Hey Kerryn, Hope you are having a grand day. I had to change my email address yesterday and so I had to reapply. I am on a no salt day and beyond. I am drinking more water and hopefully that will fuel my workouts. Trying to gain momentum!
