I've been learning about the raw food movement for the past couple years and experimenting off and on. I got really turned off by all the nuts at one point and really fell off the wagon. But discovering the 811 diet was quite a relief. Although in Paris it's kind of hard to find affordable organic produce year round. I'm super picky with my fruits too, I really prefer berries and peaches. :-) Anyway, I'm here to try to network with others in Paris and see if I can get better at this.
