I grew up eating a mainly vegetarian diet, partially for religious reasons with fasting, and partially because it was more economical for my family. From about the age of nine I became really interested in herbalism and natural medicine. I began to read about herbalism of different cultures, natural childbirth, and nutrition. This led to me taking on more responsibility for my own cooking and eating. In high school I began to eat more vegan, and when I was 17 I first heard about macrobiotics and raw veganism. At 18 I learned about high carb raw veganism, which I was drawn to. I am now in college for nursing, and I am working towards eventually becoming a nurse midwife, and also expanding my natural medicine knowledge, perhaps with a degree as well at some point. I am passionate about exercise and nutrition and I am excited to see what changes occur as a result of being HCRV. I have struggled with anorexia for a while, and when I'm not worried about how many calories I've eaten, I sometimes can't seem to stop eating (not binging though -- more like constant hunger even though my stomach is painfully full). I would love to heal this through my HCRV journey.

Since I am a college student, it's a huge challenge to afford eating HCRV, especially in the city. I'd like to learn better ways to afford it. I'd also like to have encouragement when I am feeling the desire to stop. I am determined to do this, but my friends and family (while acknowledging the goodness of fruits and veggies) think it's extreme to be HCRV. So having a support group would really really help.
30bad is a fruit-focused vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply because I like totally agree with all this
