Hello there,so how much raw foods are you eating now?transitioning,its easy to eat raw foods til dinner,then have your large salad and whatever other foods you are eating.
Im extremely active,and the only reason why you will get low energy is when you are detoxing,when you go all raw,or if you are undereating on fruit.
when i was first eating 811 i ate huge huge,now i eat much less.i would eat well over 3000cals a day..now i eat around 2200-2500cals a day at the most,sometimes less than this.
