15 year old on a journey to better health and fitness. Considering transitioning into the LFHCV lifestyle, currently I eat 85% raw with mostly fruit and veggies. Currently healing my body with my Celiac disease. As of now I'm really unhappy with my body and want to drop all the excess fat and replace that with muscle. Any advice/tips for this lifestyle (especially facing this alone) or support would be much appreciated.

Yah, low on fruit, I know what that's like. My bananas still need one day and prolly one night to be good (as I like them), and in the meanwhile, I guess I'll be living on overripe-banana-smoothies and sour strawberries :B
Hey there, thanks for the friending! I myself am a 15-year-old looking to better my body by dropping the poundage and upping the musculature. I've been doing LFRV for a year and three months, and while I am by no means an expert, I've made my share of mistakes and have a bit of perspective about the whole deal. So I'm available for tips/support/whatever. :)
