"In Norway the cheapest, non-organic I have found is less than 2 USD per kg, but generally I buy them for around 2 USD per kg or more. Organic, fair-trade bananas are hard to find and the price is 3 or 4 times as high."

"In South Africa we are getting organic bananas for about R6.99/kilogram. About 70c/euro. So we are lucky to get cheap nanas all year round at this price. May go up to 9.99 at the most."

Getting clean - food makes me sick, literally!

Its amazing what the 811 lifestyle does to the body. Im new, i´ve only been doing this since november 17th last year.

WHY?

I was sick, for 3 months, it turned out it was from fungus under the floor of my old place .. i moved out and got better, but i never turned back from raw vegan.

Before i got into raw i was a meat eater, i was training for fitness and ate a lot of chicken, i also ate beans for protein, lots of dairy products for protein, canned tuna and eggs.

Blue fingernails on the 80/10/10

Is anyone else having this problem ? im on day 7 and im always pretty cold but i exersice at least one time a day and am pretty active, somtimes 2 times a day. Im worried about this... im getting about 2500 calories usually, sometimes it goes up to 3000.

I´ve heard this is lack of oxygen through the body, and i always had blue fingernails when i had anorexia and wasnt eating enough. Im worried, am i not eating enough? im a girl, 19 years old 5ft5 and about 130lbs.
