We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Naturally drawn to raw food for no other reason than the fact that I love it and how it makes me feel, amazing!! ... spend my days making healthy raw dehydrated crackers, granolas, chunks and flavoured and natural active nuts for all sorts of people .. all made from fruit, nuts, seeds and vegies, sprouted and dehydrated at low temperatures.. it's my way of getting society off processed rubbish and eating real food.. Real Food, Real Taste! it's the next step in moving to an even healthier lifestyle.. it's food most of us love :) oh.. and I have 3 great kids and a wonderful husband..

My personal journey began when I decided to stop eating anything that wasn't actual food (preservatives, chemicals and other junk, etc.). When I saw the immediate difference it made in how I felt and looked I was hooked. It is such a mystery why folks drink diet sodas and eat 100 calorie oreo packs and think they are doing something good for themselves. Guess we are all victims of marketing at one time or another. Keep up the good work.

I can't tell really if anything is fixing itself. Although I am feeling very well. I had a few days were I didnt feel great, but it has passed. I am getting an ultrasound and mri in a few months so I will let you know what the results are then :)

Have you ever tried to do a mono fast like banana island? I am doing that right now, trying to give my body a chance to heal a bit. Im on day 9 and feeling pretty good. Let me know how everything is going if you lower the amount you take :)
