I know this, but I haven't had the support network that I think would help me stick to this lifestyle long term. That's how I found this community =) Looking forward to sharing with and learning from everyone.

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I may read the book at some point in the future
