Hello there,
I've been raw 100% for two months now. Before that, I wanted to be 100%, but cooking meals for the family made it hard. That hot food tempted me! But since being all raw, I'm feeling good. I have never loved bananas and dates as much as I do now. My friends and family think I'm so weird with how much fruit I have, and always bring along with me.
I know NOT ONE vegan, vegetarian, or raw vegan. It's sad, and lonely, but whatever I guess.

Another thing: I used to have arthritis/lupus, and i did the Gerson Therapy for 6 months (on my own). Longest 6 months of my life! but i was feeling better, and decided that since i was quitting before the recommended 2 years of healing, I would stick to a different, much easier, healthy diet. This one- Raw vegan. so far, so good. And unless I can no longer afford it, I'm not going back to any other diet. I'd rather pay more for organic raw food and be healthy, than eat junk and get sick again ANYDAY. Getting sick would be much more expensive anyways. I've decided I don't need health insurance anymore either. Eff all this insurance in America. There's insurance for EVERYTHING. Sometimes it doesn't feel very "free." who agrees?

Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:
I'm HCRV already
Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.
I don't have to read the book and you can't make me either!
Are you Connected?
yes married
Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?
Is it weird that I've been craving onions lately? I eat mostly fruit, and no salt at all! Do you think it's because I just really want something salty? (I have NEVER liked raw onions before, so this is definitely weird for me)
30bad is a HCRV (high carb, raw vegan) internet community which promotes a high carb raw lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to HCRV. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply because I like totally agree with all this
