A few years back I started on the journey of complete healing through foods but did not have support so I landed worse of then before. so with the small changes I have been making lately I have seen amazing result. So it is time to embrace the only way to have a full happy life and that is through lifestyle and food changes. I look forward to making friends and learning a new way of being .. and staying this time.. my life truly does depend on it..
