My two cents: I believe humans, like other anthropoid primates, evolved in the tropics and that we are biologically evolved to eat low fat vegan-fruits and shoots. I think as our population grew we used technology like fire to make foods we otherwis…

I have noticed that I am absolutely ferrreeezing at the moment in England and I think it is because I have low body fat. No matter how many layers I put on, how much exercise I do, how much I eat I am still cold!!

Hi Julie,
I'm doing super. :) How long will you try it for? I did it off & on (mostly on) this whole year. It's helped a lot. Made a huge difference for me. Better digestion, better energy. I want to do 2010 all the way. Stick to it for the whole year. Blog about it too. Maybe make some projects out of it. Have fun with it. -You know. ;D)
Keep me posted on how it's working for you..
I'm around..
Love,
A.
