Okay, so it's day 10 of my 80-10-10 journey. Recently I have had extreme cramps after a day of oranges and mangos (never had trouble with them before and I believe they were ripe). I fasted all night because the cramps were too bad. Feel better today. I am supposed to stick to predominantly bananas, dates, papaya, and berries until my digestion is all smooth and groovy :) In the meantime, I am at the point where all fruit makes me want to throw up (based on the taste). Okay, so it's day 3 and i had about 2-3 pounds of plums for breakfast, felt great, and went off for a bike ride. I ended up with severe cramping, headache, and a horrible case of the craps. I know, gross, but I have nothin to hide here, peeps!
So, what do you think? Detox or the plums that caused this? Sometimes people use prune juice as a poop-instigator, but prunes are also dehydrated and concentrated. So.. not sure if plums work the same way and I should steer clear, or assu

This is my first official day. Freelee and Harley will be coaching me and my partner (Sarah), as we were previously mostly raw with a lot of gourmet food.
