Overt-free...How did THAT happen??
It wasn't my intention, I wasn't even trying to go over-free, it just happened!!
How? I just really don't like the way I feel after having avocados (my overt of choice).
My mood is just not as good. When I am 90/5/5 I am just so much happier! When I have overts - even just a little - I become a lot more negative. I am seriously buzzing on 90/5/5 to the point where I just want to keep floating!!

didn't think that it would be so tough living somewhere else, I guess being from Canada we have very different immigration policies I would expect it to be the same elsewhere.. apparently not! I know I could probably get dual citizenship in the USA and also probably work in Australia, two places I would like to live... I don't want to be an electrician far past I'm done my apprenticeship anyways so its just to use for something like that :P
oh man, you really get around ;), I don't have any many international plans right now. in janurary, I'm going to NYC to build my own bamboo bike (www.bamboobikestudio.com) then next summer I'm going to head out to BC then San Fran for the organic athlete bike race...

btw, I'm also into permaculture, I was even thinking about doing a pdc course in Thailand last year but eventually couldn't make it, so right now my permaculture wisdom still stays at that superficial theoretical level!
