I found the area near Itacare to be nice all year round, with nice people and some spiritual communities nearby. Beautiful beaches, good supply of fruits.
Weather and soil are favorable for growing fruits and vegs all year round; they grow pretty quickly over there.
I do not know about you but I am only interested in wild and organic fruits and there is a modest supply of organic jackfruits and coconuts in the area, although you may find other fruits such as papayas, mangoes, pineapple (sweet ones), rambutan, persimmons, melons, watermelon, oranges (not really sweet) and tangerines but these are commercial variety.
At the moment, I am studying ethnlogy (which includes all aspects of lifestyle) trying to incorporate what is missing into my life.
I feel I need to GET REAL and know who/what I am.
I am just at the beginning of this amazing journey.
