This diet has helped so many people overcome digestive illness and it will do the same thing for you. Just keep reminding yourself that healing takes time, keep positive and be confident in what you are doing. Congratulations on making the commitment to go on banana-island :-) You sre doing great. - Keep on it. I have heard of NoCal 811 events, hopefully someone will do one soon. I lived in SoCal for 2 years. I hear there are tropicals there from local farms. My dad went to UC Berkely and loves that area, he's a 37 ear vegetarian and going on a year and a half 811 now.

Do you live in the UK?? In Europe they have to label stuff as GMO legally, in the US and Canada they do not. The FDA or USDA does not want to scare people away from eating GMOs so they are not labelled.
