I just started a high raw diet. The Low Fat Raw Diet intrigues me though, and I might move towards that. I know my family will not want to though. Although, since I do all the cooking, um UNcooking!!! LOL!

Mango's and Marion

Posted on March 14, 2012 at 9:27am 1 Comment

Hi!

I am a newbie here. I have never in my life had a Mango. I bought some the other day, but they were green and I'm waiting (waiting, waiting, waiting) for them to ripen. I started on a high raw diet 8 days ago, so I'm still trying to get the hang of it. Also, I was wondering if anyone here is close to Marion, IN????

Hi Joy!  Well, I use to live in Indiana.:)  We are currently living in one of the most beautiful states (to me).  Oregon!!

How did you like the mangoes?  I've tried them but am not a fan at all.  How are u doing on your high raw?  I was off it for a while and now am working back to it.

I'm on a complete vegan diet and am eating atleast two meals of all raw fruits and veggies.  It's  never been easy to stay on as I have the kids and hubby to also keep happy in the food dept.  Finally they realized if they want me to make them something to eat, it's gonna be what I'm making for myself as well and the good news is that my 15yr old daughter is now with me in finding creative food ideas for everyone.:)
