How do you store your nanners?

I bought a box of bananas and haven't been going through them as quickly as I thought and they are attracting flies! Is it okay to store them in a plastic bin or will that make them ripen too fast?

But yeah it gets a little hard to commit straight to 80/10/10 lifestyle straight away my carb intake overpowers everything else so much more
