I changed my diet thanks to the book of Douglas Graham, I owe him everything and it is where I learned how much fruit to eat and the first recipe. I eating 80% fruit in the last year. I lost 60 lbs in the last year. The fruit is incredible.
I have a more and more energy. Now I'm working out with weights and running 3 times per week to increase muscle mass. I have known the blog surfing and watching youtube videos of people who ate only fruit and by chance I saw this. I call attention to the 30 bananas in one day. I'm reading books with recipes for fruits and vegetables to make meals not so monotonous.

Recipes and types of fruit do you eat and know people who eat only fruit, in my city there are very few people on this diet, but I know my family.

How long have you been practicing yoga? How long have you been a raw foodist? For my website I am specifically looking to interview people who have been raw longterm and who have an established practice for many years, like Vicki. I consider myself (raw 2 1/2 years, Ashtanga yoga 3 years) unqualified as far as interviews. I will be writing about my experiences here in Mysore as a journalist would to provide information, not as a source of inspiration.
