Hey I'm John, I currently live in Tanzania, where I have an NGO called Village to Village (www.v2vtanzania.org) ..... You can see what its all about here www.facebook.com/sharetanzania ..... www.facebook.com/kilimanjaroanimalrescue ........
I have been Vegan for 3 years, I have been HCLFRV yet now I eat cooked foods as it is easier for me to transport rice than fruit here in the bush. So I love to love, I love to live and I love to laugh :) Feel free to get in touch if you want to know anything else! :) Much love all x

Hi,

Welcome aboard! :)

You can check out the Banana Welcome Wagon at:

http://www.30bananasaday.com/profiles/blogs/30bad-banana-wagon-tour

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.

Enjoy!
