Hi! I'm a relatively new Natural Hygienist and transitioning to LFRV. Currently I'm a fruitarian by day and cooked food by night but that's due to the problems I'm having adjusting to the all raw lifestyle. I'm here because I'm searching for the answers to these problems. I watched several of Michael Arnstein's videos today as well as umpteen blog posts and he strongly recommended joining 30BaD for advice and support.
I've been reading up on the science behind fruitarianism and am fully convinced that it's right and right for me. Hopefully 30BaD is the missing link between where I am and where I want to be.

I suffer from two problems that are making LFRV difficult: the skin on my hands is constantly cracked and bleeding making life almost impossible at times. Moisturizing sometimes helps and eating cooked foods sometimes helps. The less healthy I eat, the better my hands get; the other problem is my extreme thinness (see profile photo.) It's driving both wife crazy and bothers me when I look in the mirror. Other than the hands, I feel well but cannot gain weight or muscle mass. I suspect it's because I'm not eating enough but am having difficulty fitting more food in. I refuse to use a blender or juicer (especially as I tried this already with no obvious benefit) but am more than happy to eat more fruit if I can be sure I'm eating the right stuff at the right time, etc.
