addictions creeping in

It's been three months tomorrow since I found this website and went 80 10 10 cold turkey. First month was no overt fats and very strict 811. Second month I started adding in some overt fats at the end of the day. Last two weeks I've had some days of too much overt fat - like a whole avocado and some sunflower seeds. Are you getting produce from Raw Food Central? I just started picking up from them last week as Freshpoint is pretty er limited.

Fresh Point is pretty far for me but that's a great deal for spring mix and spinach! Do they have any other organic produce there? It might be worth a trip if I can find transportation! I don't think we have a nearby costco or sam's club either. We have a BJ's about a half hour away but I don't know if we are still a member there. Thanks for the tip though, I might have to see about it. My grandma might have a costco membership. I don't have a TJ's near me either! mann lol.
