I wanted to head off Diabetes and High Blood Pressure which runs in my family. I've just recently begun my journey of Vegetarianism but I hope to transition to Low Fat Raw Foods altogether. So happy to make this positive change in my life.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I love non-fiction books, doing art in pencil, ink and paint. I make my own organic bath products, and can't wait to begin a small container garden when I move to my new location. Also plan on going "green" in my home. Our earth is very important to me.
