"In the end the guy couldn't deliver to my house so now I take my shopping trolley to Edmonton Market in north London and stock up there, bananas are around 9p each as opposed to 20p each in Tesco or 50p each in Marks & Spencer :) Do you…"

Hi, in case anyone based in London, UK is interested in doing the same for themselves, I'm ordering a case a week of bananas for £15.00 from a wholesaler (email Mark at cattspits@aol.co.uk), they are "best bananas" apparently so I'll see if he can do a special price for very ripe bananas.If I was more business-minded I would probably order loads more and sell the excess or start my own co-operative and get my own for free or very cheap in the process...but that takes more energy than I have…See More
